@oohmaii good job! looks great. Sorry if it's unasked for but lil tip, you could re-use the frames of the hand going upwards in reverse so the transition for the loop looks smoother, it has worked for me atleast lol

@KunoMD most artists try to make business out of art without treating it like an actual, serious business with money and more than one person involved

the only thing about the big/pro artist discussion i will push back on is that engagement really isn't *just* luck based. marketing/business is a real field that takes research and focused effort. if you don't have an intended audience then nobody will find you..

@ai_pravda @blossumVT I mean yeah, it's the bare minimum but in this case i'm trying to see it from a business standpoint (shitty ethics notwithstanding). Knowing how to have business relationships and being a decent, moral person is the most basic thing you must have to accept work from other people

@MoonLightWn @blossumVT It's not even professionalism it's knowing how to be a decent person. If I've took someone's money I'm not gonna fuck around, it's so disrespectful. Alot of artists seem like narcissistic lazy people who don't know how to do bare minimum socialising.

Still thinking about the real things artists have said to me over the years: - “I actually thought I contacted you, but that was a false memory” - “I was too afraid to message you after one year” - “I know I owe you thousands, but if you prepay X more I will do a quick delivery now” - “I'll update you this week” [every day for four months] - “Sorry I just got home a homeless person stabbed a hole in my tyre today” and more unnecessary info to the commission - “I didn't intend on scamming you” - “I admit I am one of the artists that have failed you. But I am not ALL of the artists who have failed you” - “Your commission money represents a trauma to me” and my favourite: - [Day before my debut] “I've gone to war... I can't refund you” 💀💀 Stop coming up with excuses or over explaining your personal life. This is a professional relationship 💔
