@itzjustmath As a middle school math teacher, I agree with the importance of showing work and their learning while completing math examples. If students had resources where they could use a stylist and write on laptops or tablets, this could substitute paper and pencil. #6710DB2

The big shift I struggle with is finding ways to replace paper and pencil in this virtual world especially where mathematics is concerned. #6710DB2

@MathTeach1924 As a middle school math teacher, I agree with you that this is one of my biggest struggles as well. I want to find technology that drives my curriculum and student learning, but the only way to see what works in your classroom is to keep trying new tools to succeed. #6710DB2

I struggle to find time to look for new ways to incorporate technology into the classroom and experiment with new tools. I also need to be open to the management side of technology in the classroom. #6710DB2

Educators’ mindsets need to change towards technology in the classroom by understanding that it takes experimenting to find effective teaching for your students. They need to be open to trying new ideas that may or may not work. #6710DB2

Twitter can be useful in my classroom by posting a math challenge of the week for my students. They can comment, discuss and problem-solve together to find the answer #EDUC6710
