Can you explain @netflix and @MoonbugKids lately when I turn this on it will play in English but the lyrics will not and this morning the English lyrics were up but the audio was not even though I had clicked on English. This has been happening for a few days now.

@MoonbugKids hello! My daughter loves JJ and his Cocomelon friends. We went to Walmart to buy the musical bus and we noticed it wasn't working. Turns out there is rust in the battery terminal. We already took 1 back because of this. And this was the last one at the store.😔
