We used to feel it. Deeply. Collectively. Loudly. But now… it happens again. And again. And again. And instead of outrage, there’s silence. Instead of resistance, there’s scrolling. Instead of “this must stop,” it’s “what can we even do?” When did we become this numb? When did pain become so familiar that it no longer shocks us? When did injustice become so repetitive that it started to feel… normal? It didn’t happen overnight. It was chipped away slowly — every repeated headline, every unanswered cry, every moment we hoped something would change… and nothing did. So we adapted 😔 And now we’re here — watching, knowing, hurting… but quieter. Almost detached. But deep down, something still aches. Because this isn’t who we used to be. And maybe that’s the most painful part of all 💔💔
