@AlpacaAurelius Asians are great at digesting simple carbs. It all depends on your biology and where you are from. It is no secret that people from certain parts of the world develop insulin resistance more easily than others, and the same applies for obesity and simple carbs

@AlpacaAurelius Problem 1 Is fat people dont move enough.Problem 2 is we eat carbs with lot of fat = insuline spike which transport fat to fat storage. Eating solo carbs isnt problem for your weight loss. You should ve moving after meal

943 days of Carnivore diet for me.
This is my one meal for today, a little over 2000 calories. It cost me 15 bucks. 943 days of pretty much the same meal and I have no obvious nutrient deficiencies.
I triple dog dare anyone with another way of eating to do their maths and post them. I figure I would be seeing 40 dollars a day, 3000 calories and a slew of symptoms that reflect nutritional deficiencies.
I know this because I was there for my whole life before Carnivore. Even keto was pretty bad for me.
