Ronald Reagan was a Goldwater libertarian-style Republican. Libertarian-style mass third world migration and job offshoring are the two biggest failures of the last 50 years. H1-B visas are the heir to Reaganomics. (Don’t @ me about forever wars…mass migration and offshoring makes Iraq and Afghanistan look like Grenada). Donald Trump and Richard Nixon will be the two templates on the Right for the foreseeable future.

Both the libertarian and establishment GOP wishcasting that Trumpism will just disappear quickly is just that... wishcasting.
