@JHBWater On Monday 12 May, I logged a call reporting my meter leaking. I was told turnaround time is 56hrs, despite explaining the urgency. It is now Friday night and no technicians have come to assess or help.

@JHBWater I am now being put under duress by neighbours in my complex telling me to call a private plumber to come and replace the meter as they fear the water bill will be billed to the complex. How can I get assistance? I am now assuming that technicians don’t work on weekends
