@WeAreOpenreach Is there any way of me contacting open reach, I am still waiting and every week get told by my provider that we are waiting on a reply from open reach. Open reach were supposed to email us, but never did and I am still waiting for something to be done.

@WeAreOpenreach on the 11th of October we arranged to have our broadband for our new property activated on the 30th of October. It’s now the 15th of November and still havnt heard anything from open reach as to why it is being delayed, the communication has been shocking.
