Our final activity has been at the Pendine Sands beach. Games and body boarding where the sun finally made an appearance. 🌞

The dormitories were originally built and intended for use as ski lodges on the Merthyr Mountains (yes that’s right - Merthyr + Skiing) 🗻🎿⛷️ However following the great 1990-91 December snowstorm and February freeze, the UK and South Wales in particular experienced 2/3

The early nineties saw further development of the site and the introduction of our bunkhouse dormitories (as seen on the right of the photo) Prior to this guests were accommodated in bell tents on the field 1/3
