Since beating Chelsea, Everton had a genuine chance of getting european football. We have then not won a game in 5 matches picking up 3 draws and 2 losses. We never ever take these opportunities when they appear to us. I think that’s it now, but have to beat Sunderland at home

Europes gone for Everton unless we can get a surprise result tomorrow. Brentford and Bournemouth both finish above us. Need to win 3 of the remaining 4 games. Should have got more than 1 point in our last 2 away games.

Poor game this. West Ham will at some point lay siege on our goal. Could do with nicking a goal ourselves. How much do we want Europe?

5 games left. Win 3, and we get Europe. 1 win, loss, draw in the previous 3 games. I feel today is key, if we get a win, it’ll boost confidence to go get the remaining 2 wins. Fail to win today, other teams will steal a march on us in the push for Europe, confidence dip.
