A sentencing date has been set for Naheed Ejaz, the former mayor of Bracknell, and her son Diwan Khan. 🚨 Last month, at Winchester Crown Court, Diwan Khan was found guilty of raping a 15-year-old girl, while his mother Naheed Ejaz was convicted of perverting the course of justice. Naheed Ejaz and Diwan Khan are now due to be sentenced on Thursday, 30 April at Salisbury Crown Court.

Let’s stop calling fat “plus-sized.” Quite frankly, there’s nothing “plus” about it. You are multiplied, let’s be real.

Just so you know, you are actively paying for fat people. A portion of our taxes funds NHS weight management services, giving people free access to weight management programmes. Only 45% complete the course. So the next time you wonder how fat people are affecting you, remember that 66% of adults are overweight or obese, and we are actively paying for them.

That's not true. And before you start mentioning health conditions, none of them prevent you from losing weight, they just slow down the process. If you eat well and exercise, you WILL eventually lose weight. It is all a mindset, get to know your body and work with what you have.

Today, for the first time since waking, I was offered vaccinations. Healthcare staff advised that, as a young adult, I would benefit from receiving the HPV and meningitis vaccines again. After consideration, I declined both. I do not have confidence in the current healthcare system and see no medical necessity for repeat doses, having previously received them. I prefer to avoid what I believe could be unnecessary risk to my health.

If this were my child, I would immediately withdraw them from the school and ensure they never returned. I would hold those responsible to account through every appropriate means. No teacher or policy should ever deny a child access to essential facilities such as the toilet. While some pupils may present behavioural challenges, there is no justification for applying blanket restrictions that affect every child equally. This highlights a broader issue: persistently disruptive behaviour in mainstream schools often leads to restrictive policies that unfairly impact well-behaved pupils. Specialist, highly structured (military-style) provision should be reinstated for those who cannot function in conventional settings.

If Louis Theroux's dive into the manosphere confirmed anything, it's the stark reality that there are extremes from every corner of the political spectrum that all rely on hypocritical leaders spouting insincere rhetoric purely for influence and the thrill of making others insecure, while certain echo-chamber subcultures exploit those same narratives to brainwash enough gullible followers into perpetuating the cycle.
