Whenever stress from life and responsibilities builds up, things start to spiral out of control. It reaches a point where my focus and sleep are seriously affected. Then I take 1 mg of cyproheptadine before bed, and everything falls back into place. The next day, my mind is clear again. I’m focused, calm, and confident. I can organize myself properly and finally deal with the tasks that were weighing on me. It’s like lowering serotonin and stress hormones allows my nervous system to reset, clarity replaces chaos.



Cows and Carbon 1. The Narrative If you have been a part of society for the last years you have probably heard the news: “Cows and animal agriculture cause greenhouse gas emissions, which promotes global warming!” This prompts calls ranging from reducing the extent of the global beef herd to ending animal agriculture altogether. But is this actually factual? Does it even fundamentally make sense as a line of argument?

Activist: "Every cow adds carbon to the atmosphere." Farmer: "Only if the total number of cows is increasing." Activist: "What?" Farmer: "Stable populations are carbon neutral. Methane breaks down in twelve years back to CO2. Same CO2 the grass absorbed last year." Activist: "But it's still emissions..." Farmer: "It's a cycle. Carbon goes: grass to cow to methane to CO2 to grass. Round and round." Activist: "That's not how it works." Farmer: "That's exactly how the biogenic carbon cycle works." Activist: "I've never heard of that." Farmer: "Because admitting ruminants are climate neutral doesn't sell plant-based products." Activist: "You're making this up." Farmer: "Published research. Look up 'biogenic carbon cycle.' I'll wait."

I've never had raw milk, I never buy organic fruit, I drink water from the tap, I use my phone after 8pm, I drink energy drinks and diet sodas every day, I use lotion not tallow, I've never worn red light blocking glasses, I use AirPods, I sometimes wear polyester, I put plastic containers in the microwave, I wear sunglasses, I wear regular deodorant, I touch Receipts, I sometimes consume seed oils, I don't eat raw animal organs, I don't ground every day, I don't do red light therapy, and I've never eaten a carrot salad. I should be dead
