For example, my mission last year was to do a rebrand and bring 800 people into MorningCoach. My vision last year was to qualify for the Boston Marathon as a non-runner. Which I did and so now my life is better this year mission again same thing keep growing MorningCoach. My vision is become fluent in Spanish. So anything that gets in that way I just don’t do and I avoid burnout 🌴👊🏼

It isn’t so much about habits as it is about making sure you’re aligned and not doing things that are taking off track. You do that through what we call mission. What you’re going to do over 12 months so you can say no to anything that takes you off track. The other part of it is vision in an our definition is who you’re going to become over 12 months. You grow you keep things interesting and you have a lot of fun.
