Huge shoutout to the Poly High School cheerleaders and THE Poly Parrot for encouraging and hyping our students up this morning as they tackle the STAAR test today!

Great week of learning for our staff, meeting students at schedule pickup, giving out free school supplies, and Convocation. We are excited to welcome back our students on Tuesday August 13th at 9am!

MMS Career Day, also, included a panel of judges, community members, managers and CEOs, and students participated in mock interviews. Thank you to everyone involved!

Last week’s career day was great! Students engaged with professionals in the fields of culinary, healthcare, social media, law enforcement, YMCA organization and others.

Great job to all our students who participated in the Academic UIL this weekend. MMS had several students take home medals & ribbons. Shout out to Ms. Shores, our UIL coordinator, and all the staff who helped out! #mmsvikingproud

Last week’s Orange Out Data Day was a great day! Parents, students, and teachers were able to engage in the data and learn how to help scholars move forward towards continuous improvement.

Mrs. A our CTE teacher, entered students into a National coding league. She got an email that 19 of her Scholars Exceeded the Expectation for the middle school Python challenge and received National Recognition of coding over 88 lines using college level algorithms and syntax!
