Been out here in Thailand, enjoying life, stuffing my face every day and I swear I’m losing weight somehow. The quality of the food here is amazing, so delicious, so clean.

@Skycaptin5 @CanRevAgency Coming from seeing the inner workings, and how easy it is for people to get screwed over by listening to one agent who seems to have the right answers. Just to cover yourself more than anything would be my advice. If you have a paper trail on top of theirs, it goes a long way.

@Skycaptin5 @CanRevAgency As much of a time waste as it is, I would call back multiple times, see if the same answer is presented, they have to write notes every time you talk to an agent, so often one incompetent agent gives an answer to something they have no training or understanding of.

CRA callback after an hour... to then be put on hold for ten minutes... Seriously at @CanRevAgency ? That entirely defeats the point of a callback🤣 I didn't even chat with an agent!

Well that makes me very happy.

Took MJ shopping for his birthday present after work today, feels so damn good to just be able to say “get whatever you want” and not worry about it. I never got birthdays as a kid, so being able to do this for my kids makes the long hours away worth it.
