After 17+ months of development, we believe it’s time to let our community experience what we’ve been building with Mythya. We’ve consistently showcased gameplay videos, not cinematics because we want players to see the real game they’ll be playing at launch. As we approach the last quarter of 2025, we’re excited to share our roadmap toward Mythya’s global launch.
Community Phase – Late Q3 / Early Q4 2025
This phase will onboard our core community to test key features: faction selection, building and upgrades, worker hiring, commanders, research, troop training, village conquest, resource production, quest system, and combat. While some areas may remain unpolished (SFX/UI), this phase is exclusively for the community with no monetization. Access will be limited to $MORRA token holders (with required threshold), TOTEM minters (guaranteed whitelist users), and engaged Discord members with enough points. Soft Launch – Late Q4 2025
Soft Launch marks the first time Mythya becomes available to the wider public. This phase introduces significant new features that expand beyond the Community Phase. Players will gain access to the Sanctum of Fire, where powerful mechanics and progression begin to unfold. Over 35 unique Artifacts will be available, adding depth to strategy and gameplay.
For the first time, basic worldmap will go live, starting with Sanctum unlock battles. To enrich the commander system, four additional commanders inspired by Norse and Mayan civilizations will be introduced. The playermap will also expand with Mountain Villages and the Ice Altar, creating new challenges and resources to capture.
Soft Launch will also activate monetization for the first time through the Mythical Pass and introduce initial Play-to-Earn mechanics. Importantly, this phase will be open to everyone, giving the global community their first hands-on experience with Mythya’s live economy, leaderboard and large-scale systems.
Post Soft Launch Expansion – Late Q1 2026
After the excitement of Soft Launch, this phase focuses on strengthening Mythya’s long-term gameplay systems. The highlight will be the introduction of the Alliances/Guilds system, enabling players to form groups, collaborate, and compete on a larger scale. To support this expansion, three new commanders will be added, further diversifying playstyles and strategies.
Community-driven events will begin here, starting with the first Mini Event: Divine Fire Wars, where alliances will compete for glory and rewards. To prepare for global reach, Localization Phase 1 will roll out, adding support for Chinese, Korean, and Arabic players.
Monetization will also expand with additional options such as resource packs and altar rerolls, offering more progression flexibility while still balancing fair play. This phase ensures Mythya grows from a strong game into a connected and competitive global ecosystem.
Early Access – Q2 2026
Early Access represents Mythya’s global launch in an extended live environment. It is designed to stress-test all systems, polish gameplay, and scale the player base. This phase will unlock two entirely new factions: Valdyrheim and Kukulthar, bringing the total to five factions available to players. Each faction introduces new commanders, troops, and strategic possibilities.
The Artifact system will expand further with 5–10 additional unique Artifacts, each designed to reshape combat and long-term strategy. The highly anticipated Seasonal Alliance vs. Alliance Wars will begin preparation here, setting the stage for large-scale battles between player-led guilds.
To support worldwide adoption, Localization Phase 2 will add Portuguese, French, and Turkish, opening Mythya to even broader audiences. In Early Access, all player zones will be unlocked, allowing players to experience the full scale of Mythya’s world.
This stage will continue until Mythya is fully stable, feature-complete, and ready for Global Full Launch. It will serve as the proving ground to ensure Mythya is robust, balanced, and capable of supporting millions of players.
Our roadmap extends to Q4 2026, setting the stage for Mythya to become a major contender in the 4X RTS genre and the first full 3D5X build & battle RTS of its kind.
