🚨 Shiloh Trial Update, Day 3 🚨 Shiloh’s attorney continued cross-examination of the father today. After asking the same question four different ways with the help of translators, the father admitted under oath that portions of his testimony from yesterday do not match his interview with investigators last year. Yesterday, the father claimed Shiloh ran after the boy not only to retrieve what was taken from her, but also because he believed she intended to strike, fight, or “rumble” with his son. Let's be clear about exactly what transpired on that Minnesota playground last year. A White mom, Shiloh Hendrix, brought her White toddler to enjoy some playtime. While there, a Somali 8-year-old who is being used in a large-scale Somali autism scam attempted to steal from Shiloh Hendrix. Shiloh Hendrix caught the child stealing, and allegedly called him a “nigger.” That's when a known Somali sex pest, unrelated to the child (not his uncle as first reported), began filming Shiloh Hendrix, haranguing her for not facilitating the younger Somali's burgeoning criminal career. The Somali sex pest continued accosting Shiloh Hendrix as she was trying to leave the park. He used the word “nigger” three times himself before asking her, “Why don't you have the balls to say it right now again?” Shiloh Hendrix then defiantly responded, “Fuck you, nigger. Nigger nigger nigger.” Note that the Somali sex pest pursued Shiloh Hendrix throughout the interaction. She never sought to engage him. And, for the record, he also said “nigger” two more times as he continued browbeating her as she walked away. The Somali sex pest then immediately seized the opportunity to play victim and posted the video online. A tidal wave of performative anti-White outrage then ensued across social and mainstream media. Four months after Shiloh Hendrix committed zero crimes on the playground, anti-White prosecutors in Minnesota brought three preposterous charges of “disorderly conduct” against her. One was dropped pre-trial, and she now faces the remaining two counts of “disorderly conduct.” The first count is for saying “nigger” to the young Somali thief, and the second count is for saying “nigger” to the adult Somali sex pest. Yes, Shiloh Hendrix is being charged for saying “nigger” to a man after that man asked her to say “nigger.” Each count carries a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail and/or a $1,000 fine. The only “disorderly conduct” that took place that day came from the Somali park pirates - not Shiloh Hendrix. But no crime is higher than that of White people's words, so the only actual victim in this incident is now on trial for saying a word - demonstrating, once again, that White people are no longer protected by the First Amendment. The criminal prosecution of Shiloh Hendrix is yet another in a long list of flagrantly malicious anti-White persecutions. The purpose of a system is what it does. This is America's “justice” system.

Two interpreters were required, rotating every 30 minutes. The father testified that he works as a bus driver (odd given that he does not speak English and bus drivers typically need a driver’s license with English proficiency requirements.) The viral video was then played for the jury and the courtroom. After laborious, often repetitive and seemingly coached questioning by the state, the father eventually stated that he saw his son take an item from Shiloh’s belongings. He said Shiloh chased after the boy, and he believed she was pursuing him not only to retrieve her property but also to “rumble” with or strike him. Just as defense attorney Brian Karalus began his cross-examination, the clock approached 5:00 p.m. and the judge adjourned for the day.

Shiloh Hendrix not only did nothing wrong, she was actually accosted by a dangerous individual for watching over her property. The court makes a mockery of our tradition. The miscarriage against our 1st amendment has been suitably described my numerous individuals here but the initial provocation of the theft of her property begs some reflection. There can be no negotiation on the sanctity of property. Our enemies have impregnated the moral sensibilities of the people with the belief that there is a compromise between the physical security of the criminal and your right to secure your property. This is an aberration of the fundamental legal framework of our nation and a direct assault on a foundational pillar of our sociocultural dynamic. Liberty, security and prosperity are wedded to several real, temporal forces in our relationship to the state and one another. Legislation is ideally crafted in such a manner as to avoid overreach of the governing body. This is separate, though adjacent, matter not to be addressed here. Legislation and jurisprudence are concerned with the behavior of the state towards citizens. The protections afforded individual property is our concern and the breach of the peace perpetrated against Shiloh is reference to this immortal principle that we have seen gnawed at ruthlessly by opposition forces. The theft of even so minor an item as a "snack pack" is an unforgivable transgression that should expose the criminal to virtually limitless punitive measures. Such a breach may be materially minuscule but ANY excuse afforded the wrongdoer tramples on liberty. Property rights are absolutely nonnegotiable. The introduction of any supposed excuse towards theft drives deep and irreparable fissures into the social contract. The case of Shiloh hinges on her response to a theft being inappropriate. Putting aside the obvious perversion of our 1st amendment right, more worrisome is the trend of progressive political demands to make accessions to property crimes. Lax punitive measures towards violations of the commons and violations of private property have had a devastating impact on the cohesion of our communities. This is a clear barnacle carried on the skin of non-European immigrants who lack the higher order function to realize how sacred private property is to the proper stewardship of the nation. This can be seen in every urban environment, up to widespread fraud, extending even to the halls of the state itself where the treasury is considered a trough to be snorted down by distended enemies of the people. This is the natural consequence of allowing micro transgressions against the rights of property. This is the contamination that enables the imported, unassimilable, undesirable skein of the world to communicate to their children that stealing is not only ok, but is in fact a valid method of acquiring resources. The theft from Shiloh's belongings was no mere accident of misunderstanding or some petty misbehavior of a child, but represents in the microcosmic sense the assault that is daily carried out against our corpus of being. Economically, physically, culturally - we are beleaguered by such graft and deception that many of our people are more comfortable minimizing the social decay rather than accept the implications of such an astounding degradation of our political reality. When Shiloh responds, she is not merely righteously calling the problem immediately before her for what it truly is, she is expressing the frustration that we all feel at the loss of something that we may not be able to totally articulate but we KNOW is fundamental to our liberties and the loss of which portends a total collapse of the dream of a nation where each man is a sovereign unto himself, expressing himself in healthy exertions through commerce, cooperation and contract. This rests on the inviolable principle of private property. And that relies on a nation composed entirely of European citizens of good moral character.
