Congratulations to diver Christian Neal for his 5th place finish in Diving at the Normal West Sectional on Saturday!

With his 2nd place finish in Diving, Christian Neal earns All-SPC Honors!

We had two swimmers end up with podium finishes at the SPC Championships at Oswego East! Congrats to Emmanuel Martinez (6th, JV 500 Free) and Diego Lugo (5th, JV 100 Free)!

An always difficult LaSalle-Peru Pentathlon. Medalists were Wesley Evans, Ryan Van Acker, Eli Freeman, and Thomas Zbranek. Zbranek was the top medalist for us with 7th place. Competition was intense and the boys all did great!

Golden Goggle recipients in our meet against West Aurora went to two outstanding individuals that stepped it up huge for us. Jonathon Zarbock took first place in the 400 Free, dropping some big time, and Diego Lugo came up big on our A relays with some great splits.

The boys got a good team win on Thursday against Joliet. Golden Goggles winners were Thomas Clarke for his amazing 200 Freestlye and hard work so far this season, and Eli Freeman for dropping some serious time in the 200 IM! The season ramps up this week! Let's go!!!!!

Chase Button was recognized with a Golden Goggles for joining the Sub 1 Club at our Joliet Sprint Invite recently, and Rylan Zumwalt and Thomas Yancey were awarded for their strong swimming and amazing efforts against Pontiac before the break. Awesome job, gentlemen!

The Morris Co-op opened the season with a 101-74 win against Pontiac on Thursday. Recipients of the Golden Goggles from last nights meet were Parker Dyxin and Thomas Zbranek. Thomas won two events (100 Fly and 200 IM) and Parker won a great race in the 100 Breast!

The Morris-Coop took 4th place at the Barb Larson Invitational on Saturday! The girls got a huge swim from the 200 Medley team of Pehlke, Stansberry, Van Acker, and Mailhiot (3rd place, 2:08.67),Caitlin Van Acker (4th,100 Breast (1:05.28) and Emily Aldridge 4th in Diving!

Congrats to Matt Bond and best wishes on your next step! We are so proud of you!

So many PRs and season best swimmers for the boys at the IHSA Normal Community Sectional! The 400 Free Relay team of Jacob Kuziel, Bryce Fuhrman, Thomas Zbranek and Matt Bond place sixth on the podium! Such a great day of swimming!

PRs and podium finishes at the SPC Championships on Saturday! So many great swims! Special shout out to Matt Bond for his 6th place podium finish in the 50 Free!

It was a great day for the divers at the SPC Championships! Lucas Legnar places 3rd (All-Conference!) and Christian Neal finishes 5th!

The boys defeated Kankakee last night, but the night was about our wonderful group of seniors that have made a huge impact on our program during their years on this team. Congratulations, gentlemen, and the work is not yet done!

Always a challenge swimming against LaSalle-Peru/Ottawa in their home pool, but we had some great swims and some awesome efforts and performances in the relays. Senior Night tomorrow against Kankakee!

This past weekend the boys placed 2nd at the IMSA Titan Invitational. During the meet we had three new additions to the "Sub 1 Club". Welcome to the club Finn Hackett, Thomas Yancey, and Jayden Rohr! I love seeing these boys faces when they accomplish their goals!

Saturday we swam many great times at the 67th Riverside Brookfield Invitational. Two individuals, Parker Dyxin and Matt Bond, had very good days. Parker joined the elusive "Sub 1 Club" with his :59.72 100 Free time, and Matt finished 6th in the 50 Free (:23.55). Awesome!

A great meet filled with heart, spirit, and effort. Many season best swims.

Another dual meet tonight as we head to IMSA against West Aurora! We are looking to improve those times as we prepare for our upcoming invitational meets!
