Well one thing about playing Wrexham next season is that Bully made his debut for us against them in November 1986 🐂 🐺 #wwfc

The only reason I’m looking forward to the next home game is for Jimenez Let’s sing his name for 90 minutes, & let our players know they have a real wolves player in their presence #wwfc

In the 1978 World Cup, we had 16 countries. FIFA changed it for the 1982 World Cup, increasing it to 24 countries. FIFA, for the 1998 World Cup, increased the tournament to 32 countries. Now with the 2026 World Cup on the horizon, they have decided the tournament needs increasing to 48 countries meaning 104 games. And now with the FIFA World Cup being 100 years old in 2030, there is talk of increasing it to a one-off 64-nation tournament. FIFA are slowly devaluing their own tournament! #WorldCup

Hull City played at Anlaby Road from 1906 to 1943. Incredibly, the old Spion Kop still exists, overgrown by nature. The old terrace steps and retaining wall remain, next door to the club's current stadium. Here's how it looked this morning.

Went to bed early, couldn’t sleep so came downstairs to watch some television. Saw that Top of the Pops 1992 is on BBC2, switched over and it’s flipping snooker overrunning again. It’s really made my blood boil.

The league table since Rob Edwards took over at Wolves. It's nice to see us with a green arrow but after 25 games, should we have expected more with this group of players?

Several times this morning the BBC Today sports reporter has suggested Millwall last played in the "Premier League" in 1990. No they didn't. In 1990 the top level in football was called Division One of the Football League.

One of the greatest compilations of World Cup goals. Argentina 1978 was full of cracking and memorable goals, with a fantastic soundtrack…Enjoy! #WorldCup

ITV World Cup….LIVE Monday 5th July 1982 Group B Spain 0-0 England England’s World Cup dream comes to an end, on a tense night in Madrid. With England having to win by two goals, manager Ron Greenwood turns to Kevin Keegan and Trevor Brooking off the bench in their first appearances in the tournament after injuries. With around 27 minutes left, they enter the fray, only to miss the best two chances. Commentator Martin Tyler #WorldCup #England #Spain

Since 2019, Saša Kalajdžić three ACL tears which kept him out of action for almost 1,000 days... Now, he's regaining his form and momentum out in Austria with LASK! He has 5 goals + 1 assist in his last 5 matches. Strength to him! 🇦🇹🫡
