Two children murdered in the same foster home. The provider had another girl in the home dismember their bodies and dispose of them in a burn barrel. There’s been at least 9 reported cases of murdered children in North Carolina. This is more than a “broken” foster care system.

Their foster provider has just been indicted on 4 charges of 1st degree murder, destroying a body/remains, concealing an unnatural death, intentional child abuse, inflicting serious bodily injury, negligent child abuse, inflicting serious bodily injury. This is an outrage!

Surrogacy is modern slavery. Adoption turns people into products to be bought and sold for profit. We must stand together against human trafficking and modern slavery. I stand with @maurel_olivia and the anti-surrogacy movement.

States like Alaska where children have been murdered in their foster care system should not be allowed to install these baby boxes. We have the power to stop paying states and stop giving them our children when they’re exposed for running a broken system.

RIP Jocelyn. She would have been 16 this year if she hadn’t been placed with a couple who beat and starved her to death. Children should not be killed in a system mothers and fathers fund to keep their children safe.

When we allow violence against our youngest and most vulnerable, those who make it to adulthood stay in survival mode. This impacts a whole generation of people who deserve to live and thrive without the fear of abuse. My thoughts are with those victimized in Minnesota right now.
