@SipSipStefen I agree the game needs improvements but in file sizes which seems to be an unreal issue. I play on a 4060 and have no problems at all. Also on a ps5 still nothing.

@AofEternalDark @Pirat_Nation Except no. Ff16 didn’t fail it was a good game. Combat was good story was good. It was a final fantasy game however felt short comparatively. No one can give good objective measures of why it’s a bad game. And E33 isn’t living in the past. That makes no sense in any way

@Pirat_Nation Ben Starr is the English Naoki Yoshida. Completely obvlious to the correct thing to do. Clair Obscur sold well because it “lived in the past” but made a great game with modern graphics. FF16 failed because it “tried something new” and was bland and generic.

@Pirat_Nation if ONLY FF was stuck in the past it would be making good games. FF doesn't have any excuses, its IP has always been flexible to new stories & worlds. Why they used up sequel numbers with the MMORPGs is beyond me. If anything Final Fantasy should return to its roots.

@GachaTruth I play in max settings on a 4060 people don’t pay as much for the cpu which mine is pretty decent. Like 2nd best at the time in terms of cores and multitasking and all that for coding. So I think mfs need better cpus. Because my gpu is worse than people having issues. I’m good

@skirkheels Genshin is only popular because of the pandemic. No gacha game will ever have the limited time event buff that it had. Even if by objective measures newer games are better than genshin. Popularity isn’t the same as being good. Look at nba 2k or cod. Shit games but popular

@VandHarinokami Thank you. People fr criticize the battle system because they didn’t read. Positioning. Full team customization, motivation for bond ranks, useful debuffs and a strategic turn system. All better than P5. Level/ game stage pacing is better in P5 though.

@Sebbywebz Ff7 is barely turn based. You clearly don’t play games. A game doesn’t need to be perfect to be good. If a game doesn’t break out of a niche it’s not because it’s bad. E33 would be less popular if it was in an anime esthetic.

Yes. This is how a lot of people feel If a game can’t break out of its niche, that’s the game’s fault. Not the player’s I’m not saying the games in-between are bad (whatever they might be) But I am saying that none captured the world’s attention the way FF7-X did, until Expedition 33 This meme is not a sick burn.
