Working with Scenegraph is so much fun! I took the opportunity to create this new graffiti system where the color dynamically attaches to any surface, adapting seamlessly. It’s still in beta, but it’s already really fun to use. Features include a first-person mode with visible hands and a Shake mode.

@RealTigerX Payout is algorithm based, not a direct link of hours to payment. The algorithm is heavily skewed so that players who have recently purchased vbucks are worth significantly more.

Game #1: Flappy Llama
This is my first time experimenting with Scene Graph, and I absolutely love it. I can just drop down as many Flappy Llama machines as I want, and each one works as its own fully independent arcade game. @FNCreate #UEFN #Verse @TimSweeneyEpic
- 100% Verse UI built with Material Blocks and parameter control
- Local sound effects play directly from each machine (idle SFX or gameplay triggers)
- Dynamically updating leaderboard
- Machine animates on player input so others see it in use (including the screen showing it’s occupied)
I’m not great with materials, so huge shoutout to @ImBlanky for setting me up with a simple material that had the parameters I needed to make the game work (and for helping me figure out how to decorate my fun little machine).
Game #2 will be shown soon, it just needs a few final touch-ups, but I love it just as much. (here's your hint 💣🧹)

#UEFN Verse 60/100 – Use Editable Categories 🎮📷
Clean up your Manager panel. It’s one of the easiest things you can make just assign the correct category to every editable so it’s organized and easy to navigate. ✨
Pro tip when working with clients:
If your Manager is clean, readable, and easy to use directly from the device, you immediately stand out. Clients notice this level of polish. 👀
I’ve seen a much higher tip rate simply because I spent five minutes organizing everything. 💰📈
I used to create a class that contained everything I needed then place that class into my device.
The downside? Any time I wanted to access something, I had to dig into that class.
Depending on your structure that can help or slow you down. ⏳
I learned Categories just this week 😁

@icKrisp This great! I was using this and ran into a problem, if a player joins after the vfx has been applied AND the player with the vfx is no longer in the vehicle, the JIP player sees the vfx as connected to the player instead of the car, are you familiar with a way to fix this?

How to attach VFX Powerup particles to Vehicles:
1) use Skeletal Mesh Location in Particle Update
2) set Source Mode to Attach Parent
3) add BulletCollision to Component Tags
⚠ Must trigger the device while in a vehicle, otherwise particle will attach to the player.
