Workflow I use as a Video Editor: • Download assets - raw footage, b-roll, resources • Rough cut - Use AI for rough cuts, then do it manually • Add markers - plan visuals & b-roll ideas on timeline • Storyboard - only for complex visuals • Music - I pick this before adding visuals, makes the pacing right • Animations/b-roll - most time consuming, but makes the video stand out • Sound design - most editors skip this, but it carries the whole video • Final touches - zooms, effects, text Pro tip: Always watch your video after export. Catch mistakes before your client does. Any steps I should add? 👇
