Last night we hosted an Evening of Mindfulness at Motel One Newcastle, with a talk from Darren from Blackfriars Restaurant and a mindfulness talk & a demonstration from Mindfulness Therapies. Bespoke spring mocktails and a delicious buffet courtesy of the team at Castro's.
