@ManualBreethin 2 grasp or agree that therapy and medication are helpful for people dealing with passive or active suicidality. Like I'm not even talking about taking hrt or blockers at this point, I'm talking about antidepressants and such along with therapy.

@ManualBreethin 1 I have no way of confirming any of that but if you are then yikes dude, I hope you don't tell your patients that suicide is a choice. Not all practitioners are the same and I definitely wouldn't recommend your services especially if you can't-

@kylereesemunny It picks studies that specifically go off of gac surgeries and hrt being administered affecting any suicidality. That's not cherry picking, it mentions many of those studies don't account for mental health factors outside of gender dysphoria or transitioning medically. Nm Nbr

@GenkeeJark I can't tell if you're joking or not but there's no proof that I've been scammed or groomed in this regard. My bank card got hacked and the hacker took a whole paycheck from me last year but my bank got it back, that's the only time I've been remotely scammed.

@MothAccountant quacks and groomers are scamming you. your study contains 0% evidence. the purpose of gov systematic reviews is to check if theres evidence of benefit. they looked at 100s of studys and used methods to evaluate evidence. they found gac has no benefit 4 kids.

@kylereesemunny That study reviews 23 total studies that cover suicidality in transgender patients receiving gac and what was done correctly or incorrectly with them. If it contains no evidence then the two studies you are touting currently that it covers don't count as evidence apparently. Nm

@useriousguy Do you know that there's more transgender people than transgender women getting gender affirming care surgeries? Non transgender people get those same cosmetic surgeries all the time too and not all insurances cover gender affirming care surgeries for transgender people. Gen

@LevettRoblev1 And she skipped that to just talk about it herself. That's a you problem that you don't trust her. She didn't cheat. While I think she should've taken the medication to reduce her testosterone levels as is required of any woman above testing levels to do so, she is not a cheater.
