The SEC made allegations in its SJ motion of at least 6 actions that I can recall which Ripple took to support or increase XRP’s price. Those are Howey steps on the SEC’s case theory /1

Just finished recording a nearly 40 minute video on Judge Torres' 57 page ruling in the SEC/Ripple lawsuit. Uploading now & should be live roughly within an hour. Honestly it seems that this ruling favors Ripple more than the SEC, but neither side got exactly what they wanted.
