The Goiania layout has barely changed since the last #MotoGP round there in 1989 - lap distance still 3.84km. Photo is last lap of the 1989 GP when a backmarker crashed in front of Lawson. If he'd taken out Lawson, the world title woulda gone to Rainey instead @Motocourse1

@denkmit This was always going to be on the cards, if they're trying to do to MotoGP what they've done with F1, it simply won't work. You can't have riders playing chicken with solid walls and no run off, it's insane.

There are rumours that Phillip Island’s time as the home of the Australian GP will end in 2026. There are also rumours that it’ll be replaced by a ROAD RACE in Adelaide. If that’s the case, then I think it’s quite fair to say that someone in Dorna has lost the plot…
