Added a Gradient Helper to the creative menu. Put blocks in the top row, and it'll fill in all the blocks in between #Minecraft

English

@MintRefresh_MC There will also be a separate screen for creating a gradient between two blocks but I haven't started that one yet
English

@moulberry This is such an awesome idea for building gradients and the like. I love this

@tylerwith4rs "Gambling" in the title might be penalised by the algorithm?
English

@AydenRobert3 You can right click an entity and choose "spectate" to view it from that entity's perspective

I am loving Flashback, it just feels so good to use. I can see the vision. Idk what's on the horizon but I do have my own wish list lmao...
first person camera
spline editing of keyframes
vivecraft support (only one I really want lmao)
what ur doing is amazing, thx!

@gegybeans I mainly manipulate the text shader. Some effects are more complex, but some are quite simple like being able to offset vertically by an arbitrary amount or disable shadow in the actionbar

@moulberry Ahhhhh… I think I get it now. On the server, you probably won’t receive those packets. Is that what you mean?
English

@moulberry Um... you can, by synchronizing the server and client ticks. I don't know how ReplayMod does it, but Minema syncs with packets when to advance the client tick IIRC.
English

@moulberry Okay, what happens if you record yourself exploding 50k TNT blocks in Flashback? In general, the game would freeze and then you would just see remainder of particles and all of the exploded stuff.
English

@moulberry That's cool, but in the worst case scenario, with slow performance (i.e. shaders, 4K, etc.), does Flashback have tick synchronized rendering? Just wondering.
English

@notjoshmiles If the audio plays while going through timeline normally, yes. However I imagine that the necessary data is not being added to the replay file in the first place. SimpleVoiceChat would need to write code to add it to the replay
English

@moulberry On potato PCs, and with high end shaders on beefier PCs, you still get frames rendered at a pace slower than the stable framerate.
