@Mousseau11 Oh I agree he was trash, but he’s a centre man who was not missing assignments. Marner was a winger didn’t look even close to as good defensively. Also: Matthews is clearly playing injured. That’s why I’m real curious for it to come out what is wrong with him/hardly shot the puck

It feels crazy to even have to type this out, knowing we as Maple Leafs fans have to go through this yet again, but in an even more twisted and sadistic manner…It was not a regular loss, it was a devastating & pathetic excuse for an effort and that’s why the fan base is over it.

@Dustydman « Matthews is at least winning faceoffs and scored a bit. » the way Leaf fans coddle this guy is unimaginable. He gets paid 14M to score goals and do play big in big games. But yet again Leafs fans blame Mitch. 34 IS THE PROBLEM!
