This is why cities are so important! They're filled with the image bearers of God and able to be reconciled to Him!

Spiritual and social impact means rooting ourselves in the heart and hands of God. We pray and get in line with his heart and will for all people, and then make moves to join Him in His work.

What would it take to see the Gospel wholly transform your city? What gaps are waiting for someone to step into, and what barriers are restricting cooperation? Pressing into these questions is key!

When Jesus saw the crowds, Scripture tells us his heart was moved to compassion. What happens when you see your city? Your neighborhood? Your block? Lord, we pray that you'd cultivate a similar degree of broken-hearted compassion in us as well!

God has done and is doing great things! And this is worth proclaiming in every city across our globe!

Unity across racial, denominational, and ethnic lines has been the foundation for much of the fruit we've seen in Gospel work taking place in cities. That's why one of the best things we can do is get a diverse range of church leaders in the same room.

There are many problems facing cities. Whether it's crime, infrastructure, health, social, or political - we believe the Gospel is good news towards any problem when God's people step into the gap.

We have such a promise and strength extended to us in Psalm 27. Read it, cling to it, and walk in it!

Gospel movements aren't limited to one continent or people group or nation. Across the globe we are seeing the Spirit at work in cities through God's people!

God has wired you and placed you for a purpose. Want to see the Gospel move in your city? Start with what you've been given. It could be a platform or a servant's heart, or it could simply be a heart of prayer. Start with where He has placed you!

Cities can be the sites of great crisis as well as great flourishing, and God can be behind them both. Crisis often sets the stage for social and spiritual revival that leads to the ultimate flourishing of urban communities.

Praying for a movement needs to happen across sectors. We long to see pastors, businessmen, CEOs, and school teachers united in prayer for the social and spiritual flourishing of their city.
