Mozdeh has just been updated to be able to process Chinese text from Twitter. It still can't access Weibo though.

A new version of Mozdeh is now available on the website, hopefully finally solving the annoying problem of buttons randomly moving after searches and word association mining.

It is technically possible but I have not managed to get the synchronization working with the Twitter API.
