@MMatvikov To be fair, it is VERY rare for non super wages/salaries to be adjusted down to allow for higher super.

A reminder that superannuation contributions increase to 12% from 1st July 2025. This won’t be offset by any tax cuts, so it means less take home pay for millions of working Aussies. It’ll make it that little bit harder for first homebuyers to save up for a deposit and stamp duty. Renters don’t even get the relief of rate cuts - they continue to fall further behind as they’re forced to save to pay off investor loans in retirement.

@danesonance I’d say body weight but depends on reps. If you’re doing 8-10 good reps x 4 sets at 80-90% body weight then also a good target
