@NaviGoBoom I have ideas my friend. This will use a scs stacked trunnion to mate to an adjustable depth AR barrel to set bolt gap. Its probably over ambitious

@Mprtech2 Getting the mag close enough to the chamber to feed is really tricky. With longer feed lips it gets a little easier. You end up running into the hard part of the MP5's design - using a trunnion and bolt head designed for 308 makes feeding short pistol rounds tricky.

I told myself, unless I can model up a double stack double feed 45acp SMG mag that was worth a damn, I wouldn't go any further. Time to press forward.
