@asha_shar please just go into Halo Studios and clean house. Whatever the culture there is, is just hurting this franchise from mismanagement. It’s clear there is a level of toxic work environment there that has resulted in less than perfect output. Master Chief deserves better.

It sucks having to block buyers on ebay. When you take great care in shipping and packing and someone wants a crazy refund for an issue that was not on the card (price was already a great deal). Yes, I refunded a portion, to prevent bad rating. Then you look on their store and they turn around and are selling the same card for 4x the price. #thehobby

After reading some responses, my view has shifted a bit. People should be allowed to continue using their devices, as long as they know they are unsupported, but also that people shouldn't be that surprised that a decade old technology device is being phased out by a company.
My guess is Amazon doesn't want to bother supporting the different models with physical buttons, keyboards, etc and want to streamline their software releases.
That said, they earn a dicktrillion dollars a second, so they should just eat the cost and avoid this backlash.

I’ve seen a few of these posts floating around, and while I’m not about to defend Amazon dropping support for older Kindles, I genuinely don’t understand how some folks haven’t upgraded in ten-plus years. At that age, the batteries have to be on hospice care , maybe a couple hours of reading before they die. I’ve also owned just about every Kindle ever released, and the screens have only gotten better with each generation. Sharper text, better lighting, better contrast. It’s not even close. So yeah, Amazon’s decision sucks, but the outrage feels a little dramatic. All seventeen people affected just need to spend the $80 and get themselves a new e-reader. Maybe even get a Kobo, Boox or Nook instead so Amazon doesn't get their money, if they can handle leaving their library behind.

@BlueQuoGG @JezCorden To be honest you can use an iPad or any phone with iCloud that can do exactly what the PS portal can. They made iCloud way more versatile. Even kids on older phones can use iCloud.
