The Hobby was the 50th species seen from our school this year!

Some extra excitement at Sports day this morning- a Red Kite and a Hobby flew right overhead! @RSPB_Learning

A very exciting day today. The chicks in one of our Blue Tit nest boxes decided to leave and the children at wildlife club were there to see them! One of the fledglings did need putting safely back in a tree though after it crash landed on the ground! @RSPB_Learning

A decent ride today began with 3 male Pied Flycatchers & Mandarin in Delamere Forest and ended with a Crane in Frodsham! @BirdingClimate

I was already out on the bike in Delamere Forest so it didn't take me long to nip over to Frodsham as soon the Crane was reported. Managed some excellent views, especially when it flew right overhead as it left to the SE! #TwitchingByBike

We have chicks! 4 hatched so far.
