Over the past few years, I’ve been approached about four times to speak on MrBeast (I was there for a while). The moment you say you’ll only participate if all sides of the story are included, it’s nothing but silence. That tells you everything about how much they care about proper investigative journalism.

I have talked to dozens of former MrBeast employees over the last 2+ years and what this new lawsuit alleges is only the tip of the iceberg. MrBeast’s lawyers will try to slander her, but the truth is slowly catching up. I hope this goes to discovery. It gets much, much worse at Beast Industries.

@FaradayYouTube It's a fair post, although it misses two other major factors. 1. COVID/productivity was the peak, a perfect storm. 2. AI is replacing a lot of the type of content he creates ...this very post proves it too.

@oligilpin Had this happen to one of our channels well over a year ago... brought it up with my partner manager, but they didn't have an answer. It's a real problem when you're spending $$$'s to pay a team, research and create, and then a day after release, another channel duplicates.

@oligilpin @hitsman It's interesting and something certainly needs to be done but the concern would be the natural subjectivity and assumptions already factored in here. More clarity around policy and implementation might be better for integrity of the platform (and creator motivation).

He’s not promoting gambling. They literally say multiple times every stream/video, “if u gamble expect to lose. We play crazy stakes, don’t emulate us. Only play with entertainment budget.” Etc If moron degenerate gamblers make sad comments and ignore their words, that’s their own problem. Should a cooking channel not be allowed if a bunch of eating disorder people watch and comment and get jealous and self harm? What are you talking about.

Just tell us, what are the policies? There are thousands of channels promoting gambling like Vegas Matt... Yet they are restricting creators who are doing the total opposite and rejecting appeals within seconds. Not to mention Crypto, NFTs, Forex and all the rest.

@jtheace2 For clarity - the card counting guy has nothing to do with me. Read the comments on VM, they're lonely, depressed people who think he's their 'friend' hanging out with them. I don't see how saying you lost (he also talks about winning constantly) makes gambling promotion safe.

I’m not sure if you’re intentionally being dumb, or it’s just who you are so I’ll give it one more try then I don’t care anymore. Yes, in theory, if you find the perfect casino conditions, you do it perfectly, proper bankroll management, etc- yes sure you can have a slight edge long term. That has nothing to do with what you’re talking about. These “Vulnerable” people you mention - you think if they suddenly see some clown promising a way to beat the casino…they aren’t going to try? Vegas Matt and the ones like him (Brian Christopher, Mr handpay, etc) they keep daily and yearly tallies and they say OVER AND OVER that they lose long term in the slots. So, that’s that. Keep crying on X though, I’m sure you’ll find another scam YouTube grift soon enough

So. YouTube is purging inauthentic AI produced content... ...whilst adding features to create inauthentic AI content. It's as transparent as mud, but at least those repurposing my channels with AI will stop now!

Inauthentic content is killing YouTube Automation. Last night I lost another channel to this policy. It was not even an ai channel. It was a YTA channel. Nothing seems to be safe anymore. All the videos were completely original with heavy editting. - Footage switch every 3-4 seconds. - Still images. - Overlays - Lower thirds - Original commentary It still got taken down. My theory is that it doesn't matter how well the video is being editted. It's about repeated patterns. It's about abusing the same format over and over again on your channel. Thumbnail format, title structures, script structures. Good luck to anyone that got hit in this crazy wave.
