Well not really, the base ultimate team cards are also the regular offline and career mode ratings for the start of the game season,
Let’s assume SGA starts at a 94 to begin the season and ends as a 96, in fifa history base UT team card would be 94 and the regular rosters would get updated during the season

@zinzy_js I get what ur saying but ur comparing the reg nba rosters to ultimate team base cards. Those nba ratings r for like offline or career mode it’s not their base ultimate team card so it is scaled up. The base ultimate team cards are capped at low 90s so they can drop 99s late szn
