I regret to announce that Mr Books will no longer maintain an account on X. It had been a place to promote books and writers, to connect with great people and even interview them. Of course we made sales and we even gave away books. In due course, we may open up on Bluesky.

But, for obvious reasons, we don't want to contribute to the coffers of Mr Musk or be associated with the bile and hate that swills around here. Apart from anything else, the bloody Temu ads!
