After meeting @RobertSun24 during an Upper Dublin inservice, I showed my students how to focus on increasing each quadrant of their individual Elementary Goals Index. That day our TEAM Goal Index was at 62.7 and today we are at 97.9. #goingfor100 #UDBestDay
