@SmallerFishGAA You can make a valid argument for both. Galway have certainly peaked at the right time while Donegal have been consistent all year bar the Cork match. Galway scraped a win against Sligo in Markievicz park in the Connacht championship!

The hype is around McGuinness but manager of the year, if picked now, has to be Padraic Joyce. Crippled with injuries all year yet are unbeaten in ch'ship, won Connacht and beat Dublin after coming through prelim 1/4 final. Only conceded 1 goal (from a bad kickout) Not to mention players of the quality of Peter Cooke, Ian Burke, Patrick Kelly, Michael Daly not on the panel
