SRO Richard Febo noticed a student coming to school in wet clothes & learned there his family car was out of service & the student was walking 2.5 miles to school every day - even in the rain. Touched by the student’s story, SRO Febo bought him a brand new bicycle, poncho, and bike lock. These acts of kindness happen every day between deputies and members of our community.
