@steadysirteddy @mmartin_edu I think this has a massive impact on recruitment as you say but also on student aspirations. Any context w/ high levels of deprivation & SEND is tough, add low EAL, 180 degrees issue & it does provide different complexity that I wish was looked at more. Will follow with interest!

Why does no one talk about coastal schools? Higher PP, Higher deprivation due to seasonal work, Lower entrance into universities, Lower teacher recruitment, Lower teacher retention. I am researching exactly this so any ideas why they're being ignored would be a help.
