I agree with everything you said, I think we all can agree that the paying 5$ a month is stupid. I get it if its a one time fee, I can live with that but paying 5$ a month to have a successful game or don't pay 5$ dollars and my game barely gets any players is insane.

When I was younger, I was wanting to become a developer. I went through a lot of games, I learn so much, I met so many awesome people and I got so much experience to now where I'm making one of the biggest projects I ever made. The paywall would have destroyed all of this.

I'm not saying for these developers to not listen to fan feedback but they should not make it their ONLY WAY to balance the game. They can easily have testers or themselves to play the game and figure out the problems without relying so heavily on fan feedback.

Terrible move from Roblox. This is the equivalent of YouTube taking a cut of creators' sponsorship money. This is so insanely anti-creator and anti-developer it makes me question the future of the platform. This is just greed plain and simple.

Ill just say this, I rather deal with a game with microtransactions than having to pay 30$ to play the game when we got over 1000s of games that we can play for free. Its like asking me to pay 30$ to get youtube premium just so I can watch youtube videos that are normally free.

I see a lot of people hating on this. 🚨 The reality is games are hard to make and cost a lot of money. So you either get F2P microtransaction games or Paid Access high quality games. Everyday people complain about the "slop" on Roblox, but when push comes to shove those words mean nothing if you're not willing to support the solution to that problem. $30 is a lot of money, and not everyone has that, but this is the solution to the problem so many complain about. For many people it's time to put your money where your mouth is.

@KreekCraft The problem is simple, 30$ to buy this game while there is over 100s of games on Roblox that are either higher quality or provide a lot more content free, no pricing. Asking to pay 30$ for no microtransactions is like buying premium on YouTube to have no ads.
