Been going to the golf course nearly every day during lunch to get that exercise, but might start heading to the gym again since work has finally slowed down enough
Day 137 to Day 150:
Just want to let everyone know I’ve kept the streak but have done a bad job of tweeting. Feels like exercising is a habit now. Most of the exercises consisted of range sessions, bathroom remodeling, and day to day physical tasks
Day 135: Range session, decided to track the workout on my app to see the amount of calories burned and actually pretty happy with it even though it was a shorter range session than usual
Day 136: more bathroom remodeling, going to be lugging a giant toilet around today
Day 133: spent most of the day remodeling the bathroom and various house projects
Day 134: remodeling the bathroom is so much more work but good for fitness lol
Day 130: did nearly 5 hours of yard work, swung a sledgehammer on my sidewalk to install a new mailbox since someone wiped it out. Scalped the yard, cleaned the carport, and going to attempt to set up a hitting bay in the carport. Burned 652 calories 🔥
(2/3) Day 123: 45 minute range session. So glad I’m doing these because I desperately need sun
Day 124: rest day
Day 125: dethatched half my yard (burned about 250 calories)
Day 126: Yard work
Day 127: push-mowed
Day 128: range session
Day 129: push-ups
(1/3) As of late, I’ve had to resort to doing less physical activity in the gym and more in other activities because of a deadline at work. Excited for that deadline to pass so I can focus more on weights. All this cardio has definitely been a good mini-cut though.
