The NBA added a "sunset" clause in the new 3-2-1 lottery system, which means there could be another new process after the 2029 NBA Draft. As a result, teams will certainly be more hesitant about trading first-round picks in 2030 and beyond.

My pick at 21 is Ebuka Okorie Comp: more composed Jaden Ivey Why Ebuka? His insane handles & crossover package - easily blows past defenders and gets into the paint & crafty What did Trajan emphasize we need? Guards who can get more paint touches. Shot 35% from 3 (5.7/game)
