YouTube Creator Ethan Klein's Lawyer has responded to Twitch Streamer Denims' pre-trial motion on judgment on the pleadings.
In the response, Ethan's lawyers are stating that in their motion, Denims and her lawyers are still misunderstanding and mischaracterizing the issues of the case, and that it should be denied (further legal arguments are provided in the screenshots for reading)
Ethan's lawyer is also using the judge's ruling on 4/29 against the Doe Defendants, that they sucessfully alleged and proved that the H3 Snark Mods were directing potential viewers from The Hasan Nuke to Denims and other Twitch creators (Kaceytron and Frogan) as a substitute. ( I think using the judge's ruling is a smart move in the response.)
Outside these snippets, Ethan's lawyers did bring up Denim's comments in a 2022 debate that she had on Chud Logic's stream to counter her motion.
I wanted to further update you guys on my previous H3 post, because there is a misunderstanding, just because the judge denied the Doe defendants' motion to quash. The H3 Snark Mods identities will only be revealed to the court and not to the public. For clarity purposes, I am going to continue to reference them as "Doe Defendants."

Twitch Streamer Denims very confidently provides court updates to her lawsuit with Ethan Klein while also further asking for donations to her lawsuit. Denims previously stated that she would go to trial, but that is incorrect; her lawyers have filed a pre-trial motion for judgment on the pleadings. Her lawyers are potentially attempting to avoid trial by filing the motion in the first place because they are asserting that the original petition is so factually weak that the judge can make a ruling based on the pleadings alone. (This is my opinion) They can also potentially settle, to which Denims states that she will not settle.

@awkwardOW This game would be ruined with a full PVE. I'm not saying it would be bad but the issue would become that more people will start playing it for PVE given that there's a larger number of casuals and all of the attention would get devoted to PVE. PVP would actually rot.

Kodiak claims he got a new job shortly after the reddit post. However in the stream he states the job was *SEASONAL*, for 6 months. He states he was fired before getting a renewal.
The reddit post was a over a year ago.
