@JaguarGator9NFL If anybody doesn’t know the deal with “transformative” usage, basically the idea is you can legally use clips in order to create unique content such as commentary, and that content wouldn’t serve as a replacement for the original (1/2)

Fair use prong 1 protects me because I transform the content taken from (transforming it into a video essay exposing plagiarism) Fair use prong 3 protects me because the amount taken is minimal I’m telling you, man. This is not a road you wanna go down
