Please. When you cook fish: Put it on salt for 15mins and then rinse the water off. Let it dry and coat it in flour and cook it in plenty of butter. It's so easy to make even the most simple fish, juicy and flaky.

Red snapper marinated in miso and lime juice, coated in seasoned flour, with some chili-mustard sauce. Purple carrot puree, creamy mashed potato, white asparagus, carrots, soy beans, and some purple and white cauliflower blimi's Time for all this: 60 mins.
