Non-violent options, like walking away or seeking therapy, are better. This scenario shows the need to address mental health proactively to avoid harming others or yourself.

@TomHCalver In 2000 people spent a third of their income on a flat to themselves in zone 1. Today people spend a third of their income on a box room in a house share with five other people they don’t know in zone 5. Hope this helps!
