On the eve of our actual 700th birthday, dusk falls on Old Court which, for the first time today in SIX long years of building works, is finally free of scaffolding. It is such a joy to see it back again!! Happy 8th century @ClareCollege, this magical place I get to call work.

Today marks 15.5 years that I’ve been @ClareCollege Director of Music. Which is precisely a mere HALF of the tenure of my predecessor, Tim Brown!
